Euphoria is a sports and cultural week festival that Don Bosco College Kohima observes annually. It is held in the month of November, at the beginning of a fresh semester. Students are divided into four groups and these groups compete against each other in different competitions.
The fest is a platform for Bosconians to showcase their talents in various sports as well as in singing, dancing (western and traditional), playing of instrumental pieces, extempore, to name a few. Here at DBCK, the students are encouraged to become all rounders, where they strive not only for academic excellence but also greatness in all other areas of creative, artistic and athletic pursuits; and as such, Euphoria provides the opportunity for students to display their talents and encourages a spirit of camaraderie.
The Euphoria week is dedicated to a cultural and western day on the 1st and 2nd day of the fest, after which the rest of the week is dedicated to a multitude of sports, track races, indoor and outdoor games, the final day ends with the distribution of medals and awards.
